| Dear partners, We're thankful for your efforts and contributions which enable Jimmore/Nine9 to go through various difficulties in this challenging year. Covid-19 pandemic has made severe impacts worldwide not only on our personal lives and health, but also on business and economics. In the past, to approach customers and to introduce products, we often used to visit customers and attend exhibitions; unfortunately, now these business activities are limited or even forced to cancel. As being in the extraordinary period, Jimmore/Nine9 are keeping on providing further supports, such as investing more resources and manpower to film product videos which are already advertised on YouTube around the world. By adopting different business promotion methods, we anticipate to get more attentions and create new interest. The outcome on this investment has got good feedback and we will continuously increase digital marketing in the future and bring more business opportunities to all partners. On reading these lines, we are now in the last month in 2020. Jimmore/Nine9 want to say thank you for all your efforts in this year. Thanks to these, we keep to play a role in this market.
