New item- Integrated ER11, ER16, ER20 & ER25 taper-shank milling cutter

ERgo indexable milling tool, the latest development from Nine9, is monoblock design.
It has minimal assemble parts, including ER taper cutter, Nine9 ER nut, and pin. It eliminates accumulation of dirt and dust which is easier to clean and save plenty of maintenance time.

ERgo milling tool is integrated ER taper-shank indexable milling cutter. The ERgo taper is clamped and directly contact with spindle, which has better rigidity, and run-out accuracy.

There is a testing on Swiss type STAR-20 machine, material is SCM440 / HRC33°, using ERgo ER16 Ø12mm cutter to do slotting job. DOC can achieve 4.5mm in one pass, it saves 50% of machining time compared to solid carbide end mill. More, the surface finish is excellent because of no chatting.
