One of Prozerspanung GmbH´s key account customers were sceptical at first sight because they could not believe that the application “Engraving” could be done by a tool using indexable inserts. And so far they have had good experiences with solid carbide graver – After testing the new Nine9 engraving tool they were totally surprised and convinced. Just check the cutting data and the test results and remember:

- Material :1.2379 (900-1.000 Nmm²)
- n = 16.000 U/min.
- F = 300 mm/min.
- Depth = 0,25 mm / Letters 3 mm / 19 Letters.
- Result: 50 pieces (before 3 pieces at F=100mm).
- ( Good result - more components & reduce the machining time )
