i-Center Inserts

  • • NC2057: 2 cutting edges, P35 grade, for IC10 inserts.
        For universal grade for all kind of steel.
  • • Forms are available: DIN 332 form R, DIN 332 form A+B and 60°, 90° and 120° spotting carbide insert.
  • Various inserts can fit on the same holder.

i-Center Holders:
Pilot diameter Ø1mm ~ Ø3.15mm of insert (0.039" ~ 0.124"). All are interchangeable on same holder.

• Weldon shank:
+ Made of hardened high alloy steel, 58 HRC.

• Integrated ER16 taper-shank.  >> See more information.
+ Perfectly suitable for driven tools and spindles with ER16 clamping structure.
+  Monoblock design, Combined ER Taper & Insert type cutter. Better Rigidity & Runout. Excellent repeatability,saving set-up time, saving huge machine downtime.
