ACE Spot Drill possesses precise positioning of the insert derived from dual clamping screwed design ensures the vibration free while cutting, plus symmetric 2-flute edge design reducing the lateral force, it enhances ACE Spot drill rigidity enabling to run high feed rate. Furthermore, the double point angles make the insert tip stronger to prolong service life, which results in lower production costs. Optimal internal coolant design brings better balancing to run at high speed.
