Feature

  • • MCC deburring mill have optimum 6 flutes design for higher feed rate, the smallest insert dia. is 5mm.
    • Specialized on narrow space below 10mm by indexable insert.
    • Patented Nine9 clamping system to provide high precision and accurate position. Fully ground insert geometry for burr free.
    • Deburring and thread mills carbide inserts can fit on the same holder. Saving your tool inventory and cost, reduces carbon emission.
    • Excellent deburring surface finishing.
