The Ergo engraving system is an integrated ER taper-shank cutter, optimize the rigidity and better tool life, so it performs excellently without producing any burrs, especially in copper, aluminum and stainless steel.

  • Ergo Engraving tools provide two type series for your option:
    + X060 Series: fine engraving 0.2mm bottom width with narrow angle 30°, 45° and 60°. To have widely usage, we have two type of forms: radius angle, radius angled form.
    + V045 and V060 Series: with angle 45° and 60°. Depth of per cutting Ap up to 0.8mm for carbon steel, 0.5mm for stainless steel.
  • ● Thanks to ER taper, the repeatability of assemble tolerance is ±0.1mm while changing same tool length Ergo holder.
    ● High positive rake angle and multi-sided grinding design to let our engraving could machine in high speed.
  • ● As indexable tools, excellent repeatability, no need to reset after chainging insert or cutting edge. It could save customers' production time.
  • ● Apply on any kind of driven tools and collet chucks.
• The tool length and tool diameter selection is restricted by the limited space on Swiss type lathe. Ergo can solve this problem, we start with ER16.
